Full refunds are available within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through.

Pro-Rated Credits

After 14 days, we offer pro-rated credits for annual plans toward future Kaizynn products. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions to ensure fairness for all customers:

Subscription Plans (Monthly & Annual)

  • Within 14 days of initial purchase: Full refund, no questions asked. Simply contact us and we'll process it within 5-7 business days.
  • After 14 days (Annual Plans): Pro-rated credit toward future billing or other Kaizynn products. The credit is calculated based on the unused portion of your subscription term.
  • After 14 days (Monthly Plans): No refund for the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
  • Free Trial Users: If you cancel during the free trial period, no charges are incurred. You are not charged until the trial period ends.

Lifetime Deals

  • Within 14 days of purchase: Full refund, no questions asked.
  • After 14 days: Lifetime deals are non-refundable after the 14-day period. However, we may offer credits toward additional Kaizynn products in exceptional circumstances.

Upgrades & Downgrades

  • Upgrades: The billing difference is prorated. If you cancel within 14 days of the upgrade, you are refunded the prorated upgrade cost and returned to your previous plan.
  • Downgrades: Take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No refund for the difference during the current billing period. Unused capacity from the higher plan continues until the next billing cycle.

How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is straightforward:

  1. Email us at hi@kaizynn.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include your registered email address and the transaction/order ID (found in your Paddle receipt email).
  3. Optionally share the reason for your request—this helps us improve but is not required.
  4. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method.

Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. While we process the refund promptly on our end, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Situations

To maintain fairness for all users, refunds are not available in the following situations:

  • Requests made more than 14 days after the initial purchase (for non-annual plans)
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Dissatisfaction with features clearly documented on our website prior to purchase
  • Third-party service outages beyond our control (e.g., Google Workspace outages)
  • Loss of data resulting from user error or unauthorized account access
  • Repeated or abusive refund requests (defined as more than 2 refund requests within a 12-month period)

Chargebacks & Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. Chargebacks incur significant fees on our end, and we are committed to resolving any billing issues quickly and fairly.

If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your account and pursue recovery of any losses incurred, including chargeback fees.

Service-Specific Notes

Refund eligibility is based on the date of subscription purchase, not the date of add-on installation. Messages already delivered cannot be "undelivered" as part of a refund.

Tribe

Refund eligibility applies to the subscription purchase date. Team engagement content already delivered to your workspace remains in place and is not removed upon refund.

Notion Sync

Refund eligibility applies to the subscription purchase date. Upon refund, your Notion integration connection will be disconnected.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. In the event of a material change that reduces your refund rights, the policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that specific transaction.
